Scientific Proof Mind Influences Matter

The Double Slit Experiment:

This experiment proved that matter is influenced by observation (mind / consciousness).

An extremely basic explanation of the famous Double Slit Experiment is as follows: Scientists created a situation shooting photon particles through two slits on a board. The particles went through the slits and hit a backboard leaving a display. The display on the backboard appeared different under two different conditions. One shooting through the two slits left a wave image. The other shooting through the slits left a particle image. The controlled difference between the two photon shootings was this: One shooting was observed and the other shooting was not (no one was looking ie no camera present). They compared results with no one present to someone being there. They also turned on a camera, left the room and got the same results as if someone was there. Then they pulled out the plug on the camera, shot the photons through the slits again and left the room. The results were as if no one was there. The photons had intelligence enough to know when they were and were not being seen.

There was a distinct difference in pattern on the backboard with… and then…without presence of observation. When there was observation, the particles displayed a completely different form from when there was not observation. This becomes the basis for affirming “mind over matter.” Here observation represents mind and the photon represents matter. Observation has effect upon matter.
